Hot Dip: Add 1 8-ounce bar of cream cheese, 4 ounces cheese, to the seasoning. Add milk or sour cream to obtain the desired consistency. Microwave 90 seconds, stir, melt for another 60 seconds, or heat in small crock pot.
Cold Dip: Add 1 8-ounce bar of cream cheese, 8 ounces of mozzarella to the seasoning mix. Blend thoroughly and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with pepperoni or olives. Serve with pita chips or your favorite cracker for a bite of cold pizza!
