Boozy Cherry Cola Floats

Ingredients

1 cup vanilla ice cream

2 tablespoons of juice from Tillen Farms Pearl Cherries

2 ounces bourbon or whiskey (optional)

16 ounces cola

Tillen Farms Pearl Cherries for garnish

Directions

1. Divide the ice cream amongst two chilled glasses

2. Top each glass of ice cream with 1 Tablespoon of cherry juice and 1 ounce of bourbon or whiskey.

3. Slowly fill the glasses with cola, top with Pearl Cherries and serve immediately with a straw and a spoon.

For a family friendly version, simply leave out the bourbon or whiskey.
