This dip is a must for those who love chili cheese pie!! A nice mixture of cumin, cheese and chilies sure to kick up those taste buds! The Resident Chef loves this one served with corn chips and tortilla chips. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers or chunks of bread.
Mixing Instructions:
Cold: Combine with 1 cup each Sour Cream and Mayonnaise. Chill for at least 3 hours for full flavor.
Warm: 1 cup Sour Cream, 8 oz. bar of cream cheese and 4 ounces of shredded cheese. Heat in a crock pot until melted, keep warm for party buffet. You can bake in an oven at 350 deg F until bubbly or heat in microwave for 3 minutes, stir and serve.
